Here is what's included with our seasonal contracts.
Everything that you need and want to keep your yard perfect throughout the whole season.
Weekly mowing
Four (4) weeks per month. May through to September. However some months have five (5) weeks and this is factored into your seasonal contract.
Trimming
Grass trimming is performed on all turf areas and obstacles within the yard every week.
Power Blowing
Grass clippings will be blown off all landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and boulevards.

What additional add-ons do we offer?
Power Edging
Provides professional curb appeal and gives your yard that manicured look around driveways, sidewalks, and walkways.
Shrub / Hedge / Bush Trimming
Shrub trimming generates that extra curb appeal all properties can enjoy. Well-manicured shrubs, hedges, and bushes can make a world of a difference in the appearance of your property.
Garden Bed Weeding
Let us pull the weeds so you don’t have to. This will keep your garden beds full of the things you want it to be full of… like flowers.
Fertilizer
Five (5) fertilizer applications from May, June, July, August and October. Fertilizer helps put essential nutrients back into the soil, grass roots and helps to fortify the lawn’s ability to fight against weed growth. Add monthly fertilizer applications to achieve a healthy green lawn all season.
Doggie Doo
This service is for client’s who have a dog or dog(s). This would be added to your lawn care program during signup at additional cost. Ask us how this works and we will explain the guidelines.

Please note…
*Grass is mulched only when conditions are amicable to do so. Grass will be put into your provided green organics bin unless other arrangements are made.
*Due to unpredictable weather patterns such as rain, wind, or wet and damp lawns we will perform the work as soon as weather permits.
*We avoid performing service during rainy conditions. Why? Mowing cannot be done in the rain, as this is not good for our equipment and not safe for our operators.
*All obstacles (ie. doggie doo/lawn furniture/children toys) must be moved off the grass area prior to arrival. However, if the task is not completed prior to arrival, a fee will be added to that month of service.
HOLIDAY AND VACATION PROGRAM
Our holiday, vacation lawn maintenance packages are available all summer long. We book fast with limited availability. Even when you are gone your lawn still needs
maintenance. While you’re away enjoying some well-earned relaxation; have us keep your yard looking its best.
